Orange Grove Return Policy

DUE TO COVID-19 WE HAVE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED OUR RETURN POLICY.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE HOPE TO RETURN TO OUR NORMAL RETURN POLICY BELOW SOON.

Request return authorization via email at sales@orangegrovefashions.com

You can return any non-final sale items to Orange Grove within 7 days of the return authorization date provided via email.  Your return authorization request must be within 3 days after delivery and accompanied by the original receipt / invoice.  

Items must be returned in original new condition with no signs of wear.  Customers will receive an email confirmation within 3 days of Orange Grove accepting the return along with a postmark deadline.

Exchanges:  Orange Grove does not accept exchanges.  Store credit is awarded to customers returning merchandise which allows one to repurchase a different size, color etc.  

ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE OR ADVERTISED AS FINAL SALE DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN.
